TrackFlow [BUG]: Dashboard data caching

When a new issue is created, the dashboard does not update right away to show the new issues. This could potentially be a caching issue, as the issues table does not have this problem.\n\nSteps to reproduce:\n1. Create a new issue\n2. Go back to the dashboard page\n\nExpected behavior\nThe issue should show up in the latest issues panel\n\nActual behavior\nThe issue does not show up in the latest issues panel
